The company covers an area of 26,644 square meters and has a planned construction area of 32,654 square meters. Among them, the first-phase purification production workshop covers an area of 7,869 square meters. It was planned and constructed in 2018 and put into use in 2019. The second-phase purification workshop covers an area of 7,966 square meters and has been put into use. The third-phase company office building, traditional Chinese medicine experience center, research center and acupuncture needle culture exhibition hall, covering a total area of approximately 5,000 square meters, are currently under planning.

The company currently has 50 employees, including 8 full-time and part-time R&D personnel and 12 technical staff. It integrates the R&D, production and sales of acupuncture needles, press needles, beauty needles, needle knives and other products. The products are exported to South Korea, Japan and Southeast Asian countries. Traditional Chinese medicine cupping devices, acupoint stimulation patches, negative pressure physiotherapy devices, Mitsubishi needles and other products are being developed one after another.

The company's products have obtained the GMP certification of South Korea, ISO9001 and ISO13485 medical device quality system certifications. It has a 100,000-level purification workshop, 52 sets of automated production lines for acupuncture needles, two production lines for beauty needles, and two production lines for needle knives. Under the guidance of the concept of "striving for excellence and quality first", the company has further improved its quality management system to ensure that every needle produced by the enterprise complies with national industry standards.

The raw materials for the production of acupuncture needles are imported SUS304 medical stainless steel needle bodies. Combined with a modern intelligent detection system, it ensures the high standards and high quality of each needle. The company currently holds ten utility model patents and three invention patents. Its production technology is leading in China, and over 80% of its production machines are independently developed. It has achieved the automation of acupuncture needle production and can produce approximately 2 million acupuncture needles per day. The disinfection method for acupuncture needles adopts gamma-ray sterilization (international standard). The products have established a good corporate image in domestic and foreign markets with their favorable prices, high quality and excellent after-sales service.
